ZINCALOY - TUBING & BAR STOCK

TEAM TUBE LTD. is pleased to be named an AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR by Zincaloy Inc. for ZA-12 ( Zinc Aluminum ) Bearing stock. These products are produced by Zincaloy Inc. in the semi-continuous cast process in both tube hollows and bars.

ZA-12 is recognized as having superior wear characteristics to such traditional materials as 660 bronze.Economic preference can be made in many instances where aluminum, bronze and steel have been used. The applications are varied and wide. Virtually any rotating, oscillating or articulating area is a candidate for ZA-12 Any high impact - low velocity or low load - high speed areas may qualify. In addition, hydraulic cylinder components offer opportunity.Currently, Hollow Bar stock is available in over 200 sizes from 1-1/2'' O.D. to 9" O.D.. Solid bar stock is available in 46 sizes from 5/8'' to 9". Flat bar stock is also available.
