Chrome Shafting
Team Tube Ltd. carries a complete inventory of chromed bars for
use as piston rods for the hydraulic cylinder industry in two
types: Chrome-Plated and Chrome-Plated and Induction Hardened.
These products are produced from cold -finished or hot-rolled
steel bars which are centreless ground, inspected, polished,
inspected again and then hard chrome-plated to desired
thickness. To protect the chrome-plated surface, the bars are
packaged in fiber-tube containers or boxes.
Tolerances: Chrome plated only and Induction Hardened & Chrome
